Return Policy – BaoBath

The BaoBath online store, operated by AROMA LIFE Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, NIP: 5291805112, REGON: 360342888, makes every effort to provide you with the highest quality of service and complete satisfaction with your purchases. Below we present the rules regarding returns and withdrawal from the contract.


1. Withdrawal from a Distance Sales Agreement

In accordance with the Act of May 30, 2014, on Consumer Rights, a Customer who is a Consumer has the right to withdraw from a sales contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or by e-mail).

2. How to Return a Product

The product must be returned promptly, no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

The product should be returned in an undamaged condition – unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories included (if applicable).

The cost of returning the item is borne by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed.


3. Refunds

Refunds will be issued no later than 14 days from the date of receiving the withdrawal statement. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or proof of its return – whichever occurs first.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method that was used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.


4. Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply in the case of:

  • products delivered in sealed packaging that cannot be returned after opening due to health protection or hygiene reasons (e.g., cosmetics, bath salts, if the packaging has been opened),

  • products made to the customer’s specific order.


5. Complaints

If the product is defective or non-compliant with the contract, the Customer has the right to file a complaint in accordance with applicable law. Complaints should be sent by e-mail to: sklep@aromalife.pl or by post to the company’s address.
